Cookies Policy

Last Revised: 10th Jan 2019

We use certain technologies on our websites (including mobile-optimized versions) and applications (each a “Site” and collectively, our “Sites”) to collect information that helps us improve your online experience. In this Cookie Policy, we refer to these technologies, which include cookies, collectively as “cookies.” This policy explains the different types of cookies used on the Complex Service and how you can control them. We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any update is effective as of the date it is posted, which will be indicated at the top of this Cookie Policy.

We hope that this policy helps you understand, and feel more confident about, our use of cookies. If you have any further questions, please contact us at

1. WHAT IS A COOKIE?

A cookie is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your device when you first use our Sites. When you use our Sites a second time, the cookie allows our Sites to recognise your device or browser.

Some cookies may collect or store information that can be used to identify you as an individual (“Personally Identifiable Information”). Most cookies will not collect or store Personally Identifiable Information, but instead will collect aggregated and/or anonymised information about how users use our Sites.

Some Site features may not function properly without cookies. We use cookies to understand how people use the Sites and to improve content and services we offer through the Sites. We may use cookies to control the display of ads, to track Site usage patterns, to personalise what content you see when you visit the Sites, and to record requests for subscriptions to our services.

2. WHAT COOKIES DO WE USE?

Below we list the different types of cookies we may use on the Complex Service.

Essential Cookies. These cookies are essential to the operation of our Sites in order to enable you to move around the Sites and to use their features. Without these cookies, features or services you have asked for, such as accessing secure areas of our Sites or using a shopping cart, cannot be provided.

We currently do not use any essential or strictly necessary cookies.

Performance Cookies. Performance/analytical cookies allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors to our Sites and to collect information about how visitors navigate within the Sites. The information we collect enables us to improve the way our Sites work. For example, these cookies show us which are the most frequently visited pages on our Sites, allow us to see the overall patterns of usage on the Sites and help us record any difficulties you have with the Sites. We also use cookies to help you navigate within our Sites and travel back to pages you’ve visited before.

These cookies remember what you have looked at on the Sites and we may share this information with third parties such as our advertisers.
